Worst management MD is a sadist. And a show off with No shame whatsoever. They only keep people for whom they can pay minimum wage. No matter how badly you need a job don't join this one. They'll fire you Even if you work hard or work smart. During my training period itself I've seen a guy getting fired for no other reason than being good. Worst place for freshers to start Hectic work routine No job security

- hiring evaluation process (3 rounds, Aptitude, Case Study and Personal Technical Round) - Upfront information that next 60 days will be evaluation period. , Culture, Firing policy if not performed - Hard trained with many technologies and soft skills - Pull into office on weekends as trainers are busy on project work on weekdays - Weekdays to learn and Weekends for presentations and evaluation and ratings
