This is not a review about what it's like to work there, that might be great, I'm not really sure. It seemed like a great company to work for. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for me. I was given an offer to work for chain that was rescinded the day before I started. The reason was that a company I own proved a conflict of interest. Even after I notified them that I would cease all activities for my company that could be a conflict of interest, they would not change their decision. In addition, I had already signed a non-compete and gave full disclosure in every interview prior to them sending me an offer letter. They cost me my prior job and loss of income for however long it takes me to find another job.

Lack of project management or any sort of management. Projects are completely unstructured and it feels like everything is done in a freestyle way. People are nice but employees are treated as completely disposable objects especially during layoffs
