Colleagues were the main reason I enjoyed my job and coming everyday.
Cons
You were not advising students on what is best for them, you read a script that was changed every 3 months and had to sell them on a program. After being pushy you would lock them in by making sure they logged in for the first week to do that introductory assignment and that would make them be required to pay for X amount of the class and force them into continuing even if they had cold feet and extremely busy with family.
