Little room for advancement, the operating budget is always an issue resulting in very low pay with little opportunity for pay increases, always understaffed, roles are not well defined resulting in having more than one supervisor or boss who doesn't agree or get along. Most of these are management issues that were driven by a board of directors who were not on the same page but with the right leadership, this could be an awesome position.
