Managers are supportive and approachable, and the emphasis on employee wellbeing is clear through initiatives like wellbeing days, access to mental health support lines, and a general culture of looking after staff. Birthdays are celebrated, Easter eggs are given out, and hard work is regularly recognised alongside daily achievements, creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
Cons
There’s always room for growth in communication between different teams, but nothing majorly problematic and this seems to be a thing when working in a building with others for so many hours per week.
