Pros

Strong Safety culture. Contractors are recognised very well. Opportunities to learn and experience first hand. Very nice place to work

Cons

Recognition from middle management towards regular / average employees is limited. Some supervisors think that those stay longer in the company doesn't have much to contribute.

Pros

Good colleagues Good work-life balance

Cons

Company has lost its way. Not following the Chevron Way especially during the re-organization. Not transparent and not humane Ageism: Axed people over 50 indiscriminately
