Truly disgusting business practice. Owners have no idea what they are doing but act like they are better then everyone else. Owners continue to drop the ball when it comes to maintaining equipment, paying wages correctly, and training. Honestly it's sad to see such a company that had so much hope and prosperity in the beginning, begin to fall so sharply in the dark regions of failed businesses. The owners also didn't believe that the pandemic was real. That should be a red flag. Should I mention this place has gone 7 managers in 2 years? Not to mention the countless managers who have left or been fired at the other locations? Seems like another red flag. Cleaning isn't a strong suit here. Imagine a return air vent for an ac unit on top of a building... Yep you guessed it hadn't been cleaned in 1 year. Caked flour, bugs, and even dough was found in it. Equipment is old, isn't maintained, and has broken down. Managers have to buy utensils and will usually not be reimbursed. Tips are nice until you find out 10% of them go to the owners. Interesting how they tell you that you get 100% of tips when you are hired. This company doesn't believe in marketing. They don't even go to trade shows. Owners actually do deliveries and will give themselves more deliveries over other drivers. 6 drivers, hired to take deliveries and owner takes deliveries for himself. Also door dash does deliveries for us.... But we're a delivery company? While I'm at it as, just don't work here. The owners Sean and Sarah continue to live in the spoils of their employees. Employees are mistreated, disrespected and trained to quit. It's unfortunate but I have seen it with my own eyes for two years. Managers aren't allowed to make choices. They are there to babysit.
