For being in the holiday business, this company is anything but joyful, kind, or even civilized...The CEO (of about a 15 person company, aka highly involved) is a disaster- screams and swears at people, changes everything and anything on a whim, and expects you to be a mind reader. The job titles here are a complete joke, the higher the title, the less work you do. Again, for a 15 person company, insanely poor group mentality and morale despite what is claimed in the interview.

My position was held at the Seattle location. After the second week of working here I knew it was a big mistake. The CEO is very unprofessional and very verbally abusive. She yells and swears at employees for the littlest things and she enjoys firing people. She won’t bat an eye if she doesn’t like you, she’ll fire you with no warning (no, I was not fired). She talks out of line and doesn’t think before she acts. She sometimes realizes she was out of line and apologizes, but there is no excuse. Everyday I would cringe when I heard her talk because I didn’t know what was going to come out of her mouth. You would think working for a Christmas company would be the best thing ever, but it was honestly the worst thing ever. I’ve never seen such an unprofessional CEO in my life. Not sure how she has held onto this position for so many years. It’s sad. No one should be treated the way she treats people. Within six months of working there 4 people quit and 2 people were fired. Please make a wise choice and don’t take a position here. You’re worth more than the way you and everyone around you will be treated.
