Pros
Good supportive team and HRD - Majority of people are qualified in their area and very knowledgeable, but the way are fighting a losing battle with a clueless c-suite in charge.
Cons
Some HR employees were promoted way, way beyond their competencies and this devalued employees who did hold recognised qualifications, memberships or simply were extremely experienced in their area. C-suite team are weak and clueless. They can’t seem to articulate what the future holds. Updates mainly focused on a few flaky figures and guesses. Lots and lots of plastic job titles mostly filled by under- qualified people who know someone within the business. Long live nepotism. If a job title is how you measure success, then this could be the company for you! In closing - if you have even a shred of personal or professional integrity then don’t accept a position at Cignpost. I wouldn’t recommend Cignpost to anyone.
