When Ciklum was started it India it had one of the best practices in markets, policies and best leadership team. Once the top management changed, currently the work culture and practices are becoming more toxic day by day. The old values and company culture are changed and it has become old school practices now. If you have a good rapport with the top delivery head
then even if you don't work you will be valued more. But though you are a hardworker but if you don't have proper rapport with him you will no more be with the company and will be sent out. All old ciklumer's are either sent out by giving various reasons or they should be quite by accepting all internal politics. We can see lot of cultural differences before and now and can clearly see that people are not valued and mirco managed. The top leaders will show themselves as friendly but will keep teasing individuals on floor in front of other colleagues which will hurt our internal feelings. Though they have hybrid work practices, he wants everyone to be in office all days. We were initially onboarded remotely and now the management wants us either to come or resign. The management never considers the distance people travels to office but always insist them to be in office though they travel 80kms to and fro and keeps saying he is doing everything for people wellness. Hope there will be more changes brought which will never align with market standards going forward. Due to all these changes and job insecurity lots and lots of old ciklumer's have started to leave now and started to look out for job.
