      Pros

      Nothing except the fact you can claim your travel into work. That was a nice touch.

      Cons

      Management is all over the place. No real structure. Unreasonable expectations of staff. Very anti anyone who isn't Irish like them. Horrible office. All this results in high turnover of staff.

      Pizza Fridays aren't too bad.

      Cons

      Everything apart from Pizza Friday. Micro management from the directors with little knowledge of everyone's jobs. Poor office environment, breaking basic requirements for an office, cramming everyone into a small room with no desk space. 98% Irish 2% Everyone else. No handovers for any staff, just come along, get tired of the company's trash and then leave it to the next poor soul.
