      Pros

      We are team-oriented, close knitted and we pack a punch! We solve HR issues for our clients and fulfillment comes when we find the gems for their "difficult-to-find" mandates or solve their HR challenges!

      Cons

      There is never a similar day in Citadel Search! We make a science out of the art of Executive Search and HR. Hence the organisation is not for those who have low tolerance of ambiguity!

      - A systematic approach for the full cycle of recruitment - Opportunities to learn a broad scope of duties and exposure to a wide range of roles and industries - A helpful and caring boss whose door is always open for discussions, and who works with professionalism and integrity - A close-knit and supportive team

      Cons

      Not suitable for people who are not resourceful, independent, or willing to grow out of their comfort zones

      Nice office but unpleasant boss

      Pros

      Nicely renovated office but super small & cramped work room & space because the rest of the office is left unused as the boss is renting out as co-working space! 4-5 employees have to cramp into a small room

      Cons

      Other than the cramp work space, the female boss often used condescending tone and will speak ill of candidates, also very judgemental, quite turn off. The fact that it has been in biz for a while yet among the 3 senior consultants & 1 intern that were there when i joined, they were all quite newly hired, means no long service employees, which is odd isn't it? And 2 of the seniors had just tendered resignation when I joined. So that speaks for itself already
