      Good craic with other drivers

      Cons

      Massive turnover of drivers,you’re only a cog in the machine,no appreciation at all if you say anything you go south with management 25/30 drops a day is not unusual but the popular ones get less and finish early Sending out a driver with not a word of English is a new one !! Avoid

      High pressure and an average of around 25 stops per route Many old, manual trucks Lack of support from the office during shifts Difficult to get holidays or days off when needed Poor transparency regarding overtime (often missing from payslips) Very limited opportunities for progression Uniform provided by the company
