The people are lovely at Clear Horizon. They're kind and highly motivated. The company is also very flexible with its staff and supports its staff to learn and improve.
Cons
Mired in groupthink, which gives some aspects of the organisation a cult-like feel. Also, lack of clear criteria to define pathways of career progression, making it difficult to imagine when you'll progress in your role.
