Toxic female owner is a wife. On site micro management. Do a good job and you will get other people's work to do as well. Long hours, will give you a fake job title to justify not paying overtime. Hard work goes unacknowledged and unappreciated. Pay below industry average

Laid back work environment with flexible dress code

The Owners and Management may say they are doing good things, but really are trying to cover up all the bad things that they do. The Management staff just plays on their phone all day, and the Owners micromanage every detail.
