The general feeling while working there was that things were about to get better. I should have paid more attention to the red flags.
- Lots of wearing multiple hats to bulk up your resume but very little acknowledgement of your contributions.
- Sales team is the golden child despite the fact that most issue originate from sales people saying whatever they need to say to make a deal. And they are rarely held accountable
- Nothing is set in stone until its actually done. Generally what you're being told is probably not what's really going to happen.
- There is no salary growth going on. And best not talk about salary increases, that's a big no-no.
- We're family, until you're let go without notice.
- There's a lot of drinking involved in company events.
