Pros
Incredible team. Everyone is great at what they do, very connected to the mission and geniunely kind. The CEO is cool. He seems to really care about the people and helps them grow their careers. Love the culture- it is a start up so it's very fast paced and that can get intense at times but it's lower on stress than slower paced jobs I've had because they're actually a team and there's no drama or politics. You can definitely get some awesome experience here. There's no gatekeeping the big assignments and because its so small you can actually see the impact.
Cons
It's still a job with demands. The pace is fast at times and the workload fluctuates and gets heavy at times. It's a startup so they don't have well established processes yet- you're kind of setting them up as you go.
