      Pros

      I felt valued and appreciated from day one. With a collaborative and accommodating team committed to helping customers and each other. Flexibility in my day-to-day operations has been key since things could change very quickly, which I‘ve found to be exciting and helps keep things fresh! Everyone is very accommodating and helpful.

      Cons

      You won’t find the benefits a large company can offer, i.e., Unlimited Paid-Time-Off, Matching 401k contributions, large bonuses. Communications can sometimes be difficult in a smaller organization when a lot is discussed verbally and not everyone gets the proverbial “memo”.

      Pros

      Great hard working people throughout the Company who care about their clients as well as staff/employees. Excellent environment to learn and grow with a dynamic company. Work environment as well and work-life balance for staff is highly valued and important to the Partners and Management of this company. It has been a pleasure working with the team and look forward to many years building the company and serving clients throughout the Country.

      Internal communications is sometimes a challenge as it relates to various operational changes and project status.

      Pros

      If you are driven, proactive, and like solving problems for clients and enjoy providing high client satisfaction, this firm is for you. I love that I have the ability to work on many different projects that keep me engaged and interested. I am an independent worker and this firm provided an environment for me to strive in.

      Cons

      I cam from a large corporation and do miss some perks that came with a large company. However, it is much more important to me to be able to provide a service and products that leave clients satisfied.
