Management has some serious issues when dealing with staff. Particularly when taking feedback from staff, where most suggestions were over-ruled or raised issues with new systems/ processes were not addressed properly.
There were also very impromptu staffing rearrangements made by higher management with no consultation with the staff involved.
Excessive work loads that were not appropriate for the staffing levels.
Lack of courage to admit to staff that they would not provide a good reference in future job-hunting, only to find out later from new job anyway.
Need to be careful of who you trust at this workplace, given the aforementioned issue.
