      Independent work culture but high politics impact growth

      nothing much to tell positive. Can learn technologies on your own. Not a suggestion to chose here for freshers

      Cons

      Increment is not on time. High politics. If you are close with VP and the upper management then your job is secured and you will also get good hikes.
