Pros
Extremely talented team that I am continuously learning from. We get to work on a multitude of consulting projects focused on solving complex issues for businesses with varying technology solutions. It keeps the job interesting. Work culture is laid back while still working hard to ensure successful project outcomes for clients.
Cons
Overall small company so a lot of times employees will need to wear multiple hats to ensure success. Not truly a con but it can make the work more challenging at times.
