      Heaven for PhD or straight A but not for working talents

      Good place to learn Ideal for fresh grad

      Only cherish staffs with strong academic background If your academic background is not good (e.g. no PhD, not from prestigious universities), you will be classified as normal staffs no matter how hard you work or how much you contribute to the company. Many fresh graduates thought they would have good future in this company, as the management always say “people are most important “ but after few years, they figured out this is just a joke. They only care the PhD or someone already in senior management, even you work harder than them or contribute more than them. No bonus, salary below market vaule
