1. You mentioned the use of tracking software, and we understand how this might have been misconstrued. We use a project management and HR tool to facilitate effective remote work and manage projects efficiently. This tool is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication and collaboration, rather than tracking your every move. We respect your time, and we offer a 7-hour and 30-minute workday (While Standard work time is 8 Hours for all companies in India), which is beneficial for our team members since they get more than 12 hours of saved time every month. Also, Please provide an example of a situation in which a member of our company received reduced pay due to not meeting the required work hours. I am sure there won't be one.
2. You pointed out the absence of leave options on Saturdays, but I would like to clarify that we do indeed offer leaves on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month, a policy that has been in place since the inception of our company.
3. Our leave policies are designed to provide our employees with flexibility and an opportunity to maintain a healthy work life balance. CodeAce offers a total of 24 leaves, which includes both casual and sick leaves. In addition, we are dedicated to supporting our female employees with one Menstrual Leave every Month. As an added benefit, we extend an extra 6 days of privilege leave (every year) to employees who have been with us for over 2 years. We are also providing;
a) Maternity Leave
b) Paternity Leave (Also Providing fathers with parental leave)
c) Bereavement leave
d) Medical Leave etc.
4. CodeAce has embraced a hybrid work culture long before the COVID-19 pandemic. We were among the first in Calicut to introduce a 100% work-from-home option weeks before government announcing Lock Down, showcasing our commitment to our employees' well-being. This decision was taken proactively to ensure the safety of our staff and their families.
5. Regarding the use of PCs, we do provide desktops to our in-office employees, ensuring that they do not have to work beyond their stipulated office hours. For employees in the hybrid model and our managers who require laptops, we already provided them with the necessary equipment to facilitate remote work. We prioritize the comfort and efficiency of our team members.
