Pros

The people in the team are nice.

Cons

Management: Managers give impossible deadlines. There is crazy pressure all the time. They treat you like a robot, not like a person. The salary is much lower than the market, but they want you to work a lot of overtime. People work extra hours because they are afraid to get fired. Work-life balance: It is a big mess all the time. They expect you to answer messages and be available in the evening when you are at home. Turnover: A lot of developers leave or get fired all the time. Many people left in a short time. The people who stay are only there because they are afraid they won't find another job. Office environment: The office condition is bad. There is no fresh air, it is not clean, and the chairs are broken or uncomfortable. Conclusion: Do not come to work here if you have other offers. It is not worth the stress. Note: This is especially true for the Insurtix team.

Pros

I won’t have to live on the street

Cons

Very low salary (40% lower than a junior salary) Lied to about salary (was supposed to increase by 2,000 as specified in the contract, they’ve decided to only increase by 1,000 one month and another 1,000 the next month, effectively stealing 1,000) Predatory contract (you can’t work in e-commerce for 6 months after leaving) Constantly over promising ridiculous things to customers. My job title is a junior but the actual job I do is intermediate-to-senior level. Lied to personally about working from home.

Pros

*The office is full of great people. All of the employees are nice people that are pretty fun to work with. *After a few months in the company your work schedule becomes very flexible, including remote work and working hours. *Very easy to enter, which is good if you are a total junior with zero skills.

Cons

*Management is amazingly cheap. The only online courses we get are free courses, there's a company event about once a year and its not that impressive, we only use free tools without paid subscription and that's really uncomfortable, most of our computers are absolute garbage. *Salaries for developers are among the lowest in the field. *Technologies aren't up to date. *Projects are always chaotic(No pre-characterisation of projects, never thinking ahead, always follow the requests of the clients even if its obviously a mistake) *No job security. People come and go quickly. Many employees just suddenly disappear without any explanation. *No reward for hard work or extra time, including weekends. *Management lies and feels fake. *The environment is very supportive, but not a single employee appreciates the company which is very depressive. *Very easy to enter, which is terrible if you aren't a junior. We have developers that didn't go through a single professional interview.
