Pros
Startup, small team, nice to start learning.
Cons
Strong divisions in the management of the company impair results and organization of the team's work. Lack of methodologies and many things to be tested in production, causing delays and worse quality in the work that the agency delivers to customers. Difficulty in solving problems and conflicts with management team. I am not sure that all ethical requirements are respected. From a legal point of view, I believe there are salary payments under the table to avoid taxes.
