The company lacks proper processes and project planning. Work expectations are often unclear, and employees are frequently expected to work late nights and weekends. Some senior team members lack project management skills, which creates confusion and delays. Salary appraisals seem to depend more on visibility than actual performance. Management does not always listen to employee concerns. I also experienced groupism and favoritism, which negatively affected the work environment.
