Dalmia promoted and investor backed company.

Cons

The investors are nosy and get involved in everyday affairs. Untimely and senseless layoffs. The core product/offering is nonexistent as of date. Technology, the backbone of the company, is now outsourced.

1. After the departure of the founders things were getting worst. 2. The appointed CFO who seemed to be decent while in Job, was rude at the time of relieving. He doesn't know how to talk professionally.
