Direct access to CEO, CTO and COO for advice if needed. 24 hour support from Managers and Team Leaders 100% working from home for everyone Monthly Townhall meetings to meet the full team The team is based around the world so its great to meet new people and experience new cultures. No Micromanager to ask what you are doing every 10 seconds Weekly catch up with my manager to discuss pros and cons of the week I had the ability to make the role my own and didnt have to follow old routines
Cons
The only downside is everyone working 100% from home is that you cant physically see everyone however you can use slack and we often do group chats with everyone.
