- Company calls themselves "high-growth". In my time at Latinum, multiple years, the there was actually no growth at all.
- In my time there was a huge amount of turnover. Most left for better positions at other companies, but a few employees left without having other jobs because they were so tired of working here!
- No room to grow within the company, people keep the same jobs for years. If you bring up a promotion you will hear "let's regroup in 6 months" over and over again.
- Employees work extremely long hours but salary doesn't match the work you put in. Teams regularly stay late and work at home because many of the groups are understaffed.
- CEO has no respect or trust for his employees which causes a very tense environment with a lot of drama between leadership and different divisions. Has also hired family members, including his wife, multiple times which makes employees uncomfortable.
- Many of the senior members of the team who made the company tolerable have left within the last year. These were the main people who provided a barrier between employees and the CEO as well.
- No HR department, very poor benefits program. Incentivize with shares, which aren't worth anything given company's current value.
