Unprofessional and Disrespectful Interview Experience

There are no positives to mention about my experience. The management is extremely poor, and the Marketing Manager in particular lacks basic communication skills. His attitude was condescending, as if he believed he was above everyone else. I found this behavior completely unprofessional and disappointing. Overall, I am highly dissatisfied with the entire experience and do not recommend this company to anyone.
Cons
. The interviewer displayed a rude and unprofessional manner throughout the process, making the entire experience uncomfortable. There was a lack of respect in their communication, and the tone was dismissive, which made it difficult to engage in a productive conversation. I expected a more respectful and courteous approach given the professional nature of the process. It’s disheartening to encounter such behavior, and I hope the company considers improving its hiring practices moving forward.
