They also organize excellent offsites that help build connection across teams. The CEO is approachable and open to conversation, which makes leadership feel accessible.

At the time, there was no clearly defined KPI system, which created uncertainty around performance expectations. Due to rapid growth, teams changed frequently, and there was a constant sense of restructuring. This sometimes made the environment feel unstable and impacted long term continuity
