Pros

Lots of talk about how great things are. How great the management team is and how much that they care about their employees. It makes you feel good!

Cons

The most incompetent management team that I've seen in my twenty five year (industry focused) sales experience. They are ruthless, in that they are looking to cover up their incompetence and believe that by firing 100% of the sales teams every 18 months that will prove that it was *someone else* that is screwing up. No, it's the management team. Avoid this company. It will certainly ruin your career. Customers hate them because they lie and over bill for service hours. P.S. Salespeople.......know that the management team H A T E S salespeople. I've heard them bad mouth every sales rep that they had. I tried to defend my reps but it was futile.

Pros

Work life balance and work life balance! (could be just coz of lack of work)

Cons

1. Highly bureaucratic and the Indian management goes to a great extent to make mediocrity thrive. 2. Old processes and not open to take any new suggestions 3. Sexism is not even subtle - it is super explicit 4. Gender equality is a myth 5. Promotions are based on age, how long you are associated with firm rather than performance. 6. The culture is toxic and cannot grow to be a leader unless you keep the Indian management happy 7. The headquarters either has zero visibility or they are happy the way things run in India. 8. No great HR policies, I was asked in exit interview if my reason for leaving is "transactional". If yes, they can address it else they don't have anything to contribute for the betterment of the organisation - Not sure if that's how exit interviews are these days.

Thank you for your feedback. It's always disappointing to see such a negative review, which we feel does not accurately reflect our business. We hope that you shared your feedback to your line manager/HR before leaving Columbus and we wish you every success in your future career. Kind regards Columbus A/S
