Being a 12 year veteran of Column5 there is much to be said of my experience. The one thing I value most about working here is the leadership team listens to our ideas. Putting ideas on the table for discussion so everyone has an opportunity to provide input is being heard. You are valued and you are heard. When we make value-add contributions and share our successes, managers are made aware of your accomplishments and will celebrate with you. At Column5 employees are supported and empowered to engage, speak up, speak out and work collaboratively to deliver quality to all our customers.
