      Pros

      Family oriented, great benefits, flexible schedule, company truly cares about you. The company runs on EOS and that is a refreshing style. Culture is very important.

      Cons

      If you don't like to work hard, not the place for you.

      Stuck in 1984

      Pros

      The CEO and his new protege will tell you that Friday's are the most fun, whereas, most employees just want to go home. We are forced to head down every Friday to play cornhole and eat. It becomes a hierarchy thing too, but it's the only pro I can think of.

      Cons

      Pay is grossly low. CEO wants everyone to work whatever hours it takes to get the job done while he is out golfing most days. His right-hand Operations Director isn't a leader and is often in the middle of the circle when it comes to office politics. You can't do anything here without someone micromanaging and/or 'tattling on you'.

      There was not one good thing about this company

      Cons

      This job you worked 24 x 7. When you get home you log in and continue working. You work weekends into late hours (3AM or even later). You have no family life.
