Pros
Management take a keen interest in all staff-members professional development, and work hard to ensure everyone is scaling and succeeding within the business.
Nothing is dealt with in an emotional way. Mistakes and problems are all dealt with methodically and calmly and invariably end up not being problems at all, which again goes to the good management/leadership.
Product is solid, customers aren't churning. Business is scaling fast.
