No pros, there were so many negative experiences.
Cons
They will offer you below market salary and expect you to overwork without offering annual appraisals and raises. There’s only a handful of long term employees holding high positions that benefit from the company. Management treats you like a number (billable), there’s no career advancement. The CEO is out of touch with reality and the employees, she never shows up for any of the company hosted events. Also, the office has been raided by the FBI before. All public information. This place is extremely sketchy. Run!
