Business outlook
Pros
Nothing-its a sweat shop. Needed a job quickly this was offered to me in a time when I needed to pay my bills. Grateful for the job at the time. Stable paycheck, benefits.
Cons
Upper Management never acknowledged worker bees for all their hard work. A lady worked there since the very beginning of the company basically still making under $20/hr. No raises. No upward promotions.
