      Pros

      Full Benefits. Other than that, nothing. I refused to recommend friends at the height of the recession because it was miserable

      Cons

      Horrible working conditions No appreciation for ANY staff other than doctors Basically run like a sweatshop Management does not care about anything High turnover rate Pay is extremely low Management is ignorant about low morale and does not actually care Management actually makes decisions that are reversed 3 months later because they cause more harm than good

      Great management team who treat all employees with respect Products set gold standard for industry Room for growth as to new business Great market niche

      Depending on the particular role, promotion opportunities may be limited. At times in the past, business has depended heavily on a single client for a large portion of revenue.

      Pros

      The dress is very casual. There is steady work now that the company has been bought by another company.

      Cons

      There has been no raise in 5+ years in all departments. The atmosphere is very strict. There is no talking to other employees allowed. Feels like the Gestapo is watching over you. It's more like quantity over quality.
