      Not a healthy environment to work in

      Pros

      Big projects to manage. Great team to manage. Good salary.

      Cons

      -you have to sign illegal contract with penalty 100k. -3 months notice period -No life balance, you are working during weekend and on public holidays with no compensation or overtime paid. -Working with the owner, is a nightmare. -stressed environment for ever. -High Turnover -sometimes the owner refused to gave your official papers with n reason.

      There's no value that will ever be added to you.

      Bad managing director, doesn't know how to deal with any human, also there's no vision or even job stability as it all is due to personal whims and mode only.

      Pros

      Many projects in the past like ancient Egyptian not now .

      Cons

      No sales team , no new projects , the management enforces the employees to give the company good reviews, see the date of all new reviews, it was in the same day :) , bad management decisions, you will be offered a competitive salary but the management will take more than half according to deductions policy , don’t risk with your career to work in compactSoft , no rules for retiring the employees.
