      One of the worst people you could ever work for..

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, Roth 401k with company match, free snacks and drinks around the office, they decorate your office with gifts, etc on your first day and birthday

      Cons

      If you have any desire to actually do your job as you know it - based on your own skills, experience, and background, this is absolutely NOT the place for you. All Marvin wants are "yes" people, people he can mold exactly how he wants. If you don't do that, you will be let go without reason or warning. Sexism and racism are absolutely present within this company. And hard work truly doesn't get you anywhere at this place.

      -Honestly feel terrible for clients here. Bait and switch tactics, fear selling disguised as tax planning and investment advice, Investment management levies excessive fees for automated services. -Turnover is unreal here. Each year is a new crop of disposable talent
