      Pros

      Lots of fun, and learning go on at Compex. You get paid to learn(for one hour a week you can watch videos that pertain to your job and learn new skills) Lots of team building and interaction with co-workers, and decent pay and benefits

      Pros

      Owner that cares and listens. Management is supportive and understands the value in training. There are a lot of little benefits that com with this company. Great company culture.

      Cons

      Pricing for products and services can be confusing at first. However management is very approachable for questions an training.
