low pay no incentives they do not come to you to give you a raise you ah e to go to them and ask and then it takes 3 months to happen but they won’t hesitate to add responsibility to your plate and expect you to handle it
heavy workload/low pay: I worked there for 20+ campaigns, but was paid $15.25/hr with no pay raise after working there for more than a year
Management is absolute trash: They micro-manage, BUT not train you AT ALL.
