Pros
The benefits if you are full time are great- health insurance, paid vacation, and in house discounts with free services. He has many new instruments so if you plan on staying in the field, you have the chance to learn a lot. Management is willing to work around school schedules too.
Cons
Dr. Yorizane has a high turnover rate for a reason; the pay is barely above minimum wage. It can be stressful due to constant lack of communication between front and back offices. Bi-weekly staff meetings get redundant. He shows favortism to staff members that are family.
