Pros
Good company to start a career. Welcoming team and good spirits. Flexible schedule
Cons
Upper management only looks at costs and doesn't value people. Employees start feeling that they are not valued and not listened to. Career pathing is non-existent. Salaries are bad when compared to other companies for the same experience. No benefits at all (Health Insurance is a partnership and paid by the employee, with better and less costly options outside) Understaffed and overworked Tried to feed 5 star reviews to glassdoor as if it's the best company ever, but has had several restructurings very recently
