No room for career advancement or salary review (to echo other reviewers; people have been working there for over 10 years without a pay raise). Although there are always opportunities to take on more responsibility it's usually not coupled with a change in title or other compensation packages even over the long-haul. The direction of the company can seem a bit convoluted when you have "too many cooks in the kitchen" making up their rules as they go.
