2nd and 4th Saturday off in a month.

Cons

Job starting time is fixed but not the end time. If you are late to enter the office on time, then only twice a month, 5 mins variation are allowed. After that first half's basic pay will be deducted. Local working environment. So you can imagine what happens in local working culture.. Sandwich rule for leaves.
