Pros
There is honestly nothing positive I can highlight about this company. You can ask any current employee of this company (Except HR and interns).
Cons
1. Salaries are frequently delayed. You will have to repeatedly follow up and practically beg to receive your own money. 2. This is not a proper office environment. It is a cramped, poorly maintained space with inadequate infrastructure and no ventilation. 3. Employees are expected to accept LinkedIn connection requests from the founder and HR so they can monitor your activity. Marking yourself as “Open to Work” is discouraged or not allowed. 4. The notice period policy is misleading. While officially stated as 30 days, employees are later told they must give 60 days’ notice to receive full payment. Otherwise, salary for the notice period may be withheld. 5. There is a serious lack of trust and professionalism. The work culture feels exploitative, and employees are often treated as replaceable rather than valued. There is honestly nothing positive I can highlight about this company. Advice to interns: The stipend may seem acceptable at ₹5,000 initially, but the experience will likely change your perspective. If you choose to join, complete your 6-month internship and actively look for better opportunities elsewhere.
