It was a complete waste of time to work there. First of all, the office seems to be furnished by random pieces of furniture collected from garbage dumps around the city. Most furniture is either broken or badly stained. There are safety hazards (like hanging wires, open electrical outlets, etc) everywhere.
Second, the people working there are from the same background and could use some form of English language training. There is no form of employee recognition, no path for upward mobility and no form of employee development.
Third, the work is totally fruitless. This isn't actually a college where students come to learn - they come here for the OSAP and grants!
