Pros
- Nice office - Nice and friendly colleagues (mostly below 30s) - Good work-life balance - Slow pace, very retirement life - Show appreciation to loyal staff - CEO makes an effort to talk to everyone frequently
Cons
- Office is quite inaccessible - Indecisive boss (not a leader), who only wants to be the “good guy” in front of employees. This CEO is a narcissistic leader. - Unattractive salary - New staff often need to prove their worthiness over a period of time, if they can’t prove themselves, or if the leaders don’t recognise their efforts, then they will be treated differently (kinda excluded) by everyone - Efforts can be unnoticed if you’re not the vocal type or you don’t talk a lot to CEO, but it also depends on your supervisor.

The flexible Benefit is quite creative
Cons
It is a place to retire. If you are happy with low wage, no increment and allow lead change your role without a care of your career progression.
