      This company have good benefits and nice management and have a healthy work culture that you can find many opportunities to explore your skill set. It’s a good organization which will lay a strong foundation to your career.

      Cons

      Not seeing much as downside other than retaining great talents when they move out.

      Pros

      The management are very flexible when it comes to working remotely or accommodating various life situations. Management is encouraged to evaluate an employee by their work and control, and not by hours spent at their office.

      Cons

      Sometimes this may not be so disturbing, if didn't practically cancel all raises, performance bonuses and incentive for the non-top-performers.
